Try to know what is the core expectation/wish from the audiences toward your session. You can explore it by assessing their career background or have a look on previous similar session's feedback form (if you have conducted in the past). Then relate the keywords of expectation with your solution.

Use daily case (problem) that owned by most of audience and explain the solution that you can derived from your topic.

Find out daily inspirational topics for audience and explain how you/your company can benefit them in achieving that purpose (eg. topics popular for millennials: how to buy a house in 25 years, successful in less than 30 years etc.).

Don't forget to insert the "you/your" words on all of the above tips as example:

Instead of "We provide the cheapest service for cooking oil category" better if we say "Routine savings for you, why not? Enjoy cheapest cooking oil with guaranteed quality"

Instead of "Our company is trustworthy for having done more than 25 years in the accounting world" better say "Your financial accountability becomes our responsibility and inspiration to continue working for more than 25 years"
