The Frozen Hand

Well, this is the most common sign of nervous. Usually happens when waiting for your turn to present. You can deal it with  scarves (for women) or put your hand into pocket of your cloth (for men). When you feel the symptoms of this frozen hand, try to balance it with scarves and continue to focus on the situation. Thus, you can feel more relaxed and calm.

Heart Beat is Peaking Up

Although you are sitting in a chair / sofa while waiting for the presentation, you may often feel your heart beat faster and make you uncomfortable. You must overcome this sign of nervous so you don't get distracted when presenting later. Look at your audience for a moment briefly with a smile (avoid too-serious face) and treat them as friends. Vibrating Hands
